Our three most popular tours Moose safari, Wildlifesafari and Owl photography in the midnightsun are starting again.
The midnightsun wildlifesafaris runs from may 19th until 24th of july.
Our moose safari is running all year. In the summer we recommend the safari during the night under the midnightsun.
Our wildlife tours will be at evening or early morning the month before and after the midnightsun period.
Our owl photography tours runs from 1. may - 1. august. We highly recommend these between 19. may and 24. july. These tours is at night and early morning.
NEW from 15.04.2024 - We have set up a route for a Seal, Otter & Eagle Safari avaliable the whole year. These tours are with car and some walking may be needed to get a better view. Read more HERE.
Northern Lights tours in Vesterålen
Aurora borealis dancing over the amazing landscape is the perfect way to experience Vesterålen.
We offer tailormade private guided tours (1-7 persons, for bigger groups - contact us). We know the best spots for watching and photographing the aurora borealis and got the local knowledge of the weather.

Vesterålen got plenty of wildlife to see the whole year! Moose, eagle, fox, reindeer, otters and owls to name some of them! Contact us if there is anything special you want to see. Tailormade tours so price depends on length of trip.

Wildlife:
If you want pictures or video of a particular animal contact us on booking@vtours.no and we'll try to make it happen. We got photohides for rent, that we'll put up in a good spot for that particular animal if thats the best way to get photographs. Some walking is requiered to get in position for some of the species.
Landscape:
If you want an easy way to get to best spots for landscapepictures in Vesterålen and Lofoten, we can set up a tour with one of our photographers, visiting the hotspots for photographing landscape. Can be combined with northern lights, wildlife or midnight sun.
